I've been using their Tretinoin cream for two years now. My prescription lasts quite a while, so I put it on hold and reach out when I need it restarted. It can take a couple of days to get a reply, but they are easy to get in touch with and respond. I'd suggest them if you need a service that involves getting a written script.

I’ve been using Nurx for my birth control for over a year now. It’s really simple to use, and I love that they deliver it to my door without any extra cost. They also send refills before I run out, which is really helpful. The only issue I have is that my insurance won’t cover my pills because Nurx charges the insurance directly instead of going through the pharmacy. As a result, I end up paying $45 every 3 months, all because of some silly logistics.

Overall, I would suggest Nurx! They simplify everything for me, letting me handle it at my own pace, and they always get back to me when I have a question. The only two things I’d mention for 4/5 and not 5/5 are 1) it can sometimes take a few hours or even a day to get a reply and 2) it’s a new RN each time, so there isn’t a regular provider. Still, I would recommend it!

I’m still not sure about my review, but after looking at a few others, I’m starting to have second thoughts. I signed up with Nurx because 28 Health wouldn’t refill my prescription unless I paid a subscription fee.

I tried to get a prescription for something I’ve been using for years to treat my skin, and it's the only thing that works. However, their doctor thought it was wrong and suggested I see my PCP. Everyone has their own opinion. I had to wait from Sunday to Wednesday night to get this response. I wouldn’t have signed up with this company if I knew I’d end up wasting my time. I would’ve been better off going to Urgent Care.

I went in to get a prescription for a medication

I went in to get a prescription for a medication I’ve used before and works well for me. Instead of giving me what I asked for, the doctor pushed me towards another medication I wasn’t comfortable with, which also had a risk of birth defects. In the end, I wasted both my time and money and still didn’t get the medication I needed. Would not recommend.
