She was very polite and helpful. I let her know that I needed to cancel Bright Meds for now since my local doctor was managing my weight loss, and I could get syringes that were already measured for that. Viv was very professional, kind, and handled my cancellation smoothly, offering any future support if I decided to return or need help with getting the final dose out. I’d come back to Bright Meds if something happens with my pre-measured syringes.
