    From the start with Sam Meredith the Coordinator

    From the start with Sam Meredith the Coordinator to Ed the lead driver and the whole crew, it was an AMAZINGLY WELL ORGANIZED MOVE! Sam was always on point and made us feel confident in choosing National over other companies! His communication was always clear and very much appreciated! Our move was from southern Indiana to Dallas Texas! Ed, the driver, was great and very professional. He was right on time with the loading and unloading, and even helped us save money by managing to park his truck in our subdivision, avoiding extra shuttle charges! The loading and unloading teams were quick, efficient, and professional! National Van Lines all the way!!

    The planning, pickup, and drop-off of my things went fine

    The planning, pickup, and drop-off of my things went fine. But I am upset about the insurence. I paid extra for better coverage and was told there was no deductable. Many things got damaged, and some can't be replaced. They gave me a long form to fill out. I spent hours listing each box, item, photos, etc. In the end, my whole claim was rejected because I packed the boxes myself. Would have been great to know this before buying more coverage and wasting time on a long claim. The insurence is useless unless they pack your stuff for you.

    This is definitely the worst company for military

    This is definitely the worst company for military members when it comes to moving. My items were badly damaged throughout the move, and the company has done nothing but ignore my concerns and act unprofessional. They take forever to address problems and have no regard for families who depend on their service. Bradley, especially, has been the least helpful and a pain to deal with. I highly recommend staying away from this company. Don’t go with National Claims Services, INC. and National Van Lines - International Division.
