Driver arrived ahead of time and packed the suitcases into the trunk, without me needing to ask. Once we got to the airport, the driver unloaded the suitcases and placed them on the curb.

I strongly recommend Michael, he was the best driver I've ever had. Super nice and professional, but also really fun too. The shuttle to Disneyland hotel in Anaheim was great!

We arrived on time, but there were no clear instructions on how to meet the driver, which seemed like something important at the time. We called twice, but both times we were disconnected after hearing the recording. With no limo in sight, we ended up taking a taxi. They even refused to offer a refund, replying on TripAdvisor with 'contact our customer service dept'. But still, no refund came. It’s hard to understand how a company can keep running without providing clear details on how to meet their driver. We won’t be using them again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Carmel limo. I booked a luxury car from JFK to Manhattan, but instead, I got a basic Toyota. For the return trip, I tried to confirm the car's details but was told they would contact me 5 minutes before pick-up. I never heard from them. When the time came for pick-up, they called to say there was no car available and couldn't give a time for when one might arrive. After this experience, I won't be using them again.

If I could rate Carmel limo less than one I would. Took them from JFK to Manhattan. Paid for a high-end car. It turned out to be a regular Toyota. For the return ride, I tried to verify the car’s ID, and they said they'd contact me 5 minutes before. But I heard nothing. When it was time for pickup, they called to say they had NO CAR and didn’t know when one might be ready. After 35 years, I won’t be using them again.

The company should not ask for tips for a trip that

The company should not ask for tips for a trip that has already been paid for. At the end, the customer may not have enough cash, and it wasn’t mentioned when booking the trip that drivers would not leave until a tip is given. Also, it would be better if hidden costs like tolls were made clear when booking, as tourists may not know about them.
