I appreciate the awesome deal on the new Dodge Charger. Always happy with the customer service at Wetzel Dodge Jeep in Richmond, Indiana. I have dealerships in my hometown, Anderson, Indiana, but they can’t match the deals from Randy King and Kale Wise. I would recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new Dodge or Jeep. The design and engineering are disappointing.
The design and engineering are disappointing. 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7 Hemi. The placement of the oil filter is poor and lacks thoughtful design. Whoever in management signed off on this should also be held responsible. The location of the oil fill is also unpractical. On a positive note, Ram improved the air intake box. No more awkward clips, just hex head screws. Ram seems to have some control over the aesthetics and features, but their overall design and engineering need significant improvement. It feels like they’ve missed the mark.
