I'm not used to your platform, but it's simple to navigate. I bid on a different online auction where everything ends at the same time (7pm), so I set my alarm for 6:55. Once it rings, I get to work, but with your system, I have to pay attention to my watchlist clock. It's not a complaint, though it does take my focus away from other things.

My experience with Taylor auctions was smooth. I bid on 4 auctions and got mixed up with the pick-up dates. However, Chad, the auctioneer, called me before closing to remind me of the missed pick-up and patiently waited for 1.5 hours until I arrived. Chad was really nice and helpful. I'll definitely consider doing business with them again.

Signing up and making an account to bid on stuff was pretty simple. Liked getting a heads-up when someone outbid me. Was a bit confused at first about the timer thing, but then I got it. It gives everyone a shot to bid more. It was kinda irritating, but fair enough, I guess. It's not like a quiet auction, it's online.

I had a grreat exprience as a seller. I had lot of jewelry, mainly cosstume jewelry along with a few gold rings to sell. The jewelry was well-photographed, well-grouped, and well-described by HiBid Virginia. The final bids were better than I expected. The staff was excellnt, I would recommend their services highly.

I like this company because of its platform, compared to other auction sites I use. I like that I can find auctions in my own state. Sometimes it's confusing when auctions are in other states, but I like seeing auctions from Indiana and some from my state auctioneers listing auctions in other states.

The bidding process on the online auction is smooth, with no issues. However, I do wish there were more on-site photos of the lots, as it would give a better idea of what to expect. My experience was a bit off when picking up the recent items. The staff member at first hesitated to pull out the fridge, saying "it probably wouldn't fit in your U-Haul." After some convincing, he agreed, but later when it was delivered to my home, I realized it was the wrong fridge. I ended up spending extra time, gas, miles, and another U-Haul trip to return and get the right one. Despite this, I appreciate the auction team for sorting things out and swapping the fridge, even though it was past the 3 PM pickup deadline.

My husband and I look closely at every item before we bid. Sometimes it says new, but after we open it, we see it’s not new at all. It might be used, broken, or missing pieces. Sometimes that’s okay if it’s cheap, but other times it really matters. And we can’t do anything about it. I know this takes a lot of effort and we really value that. The men in San Antonio at Lanark wow, those guys were great. I was very happy with their work and their help was very important. They were great. Please pass on our thanks.

My first experience with the auction site was a bit slow as I had to figure out how to move around. However, the auction itself went well. I appreciate the pre-bidding system where my max bid stays until someone bids higher. One thing I found inconvenient was that after viewing a lot, I was taken back to lot #1 instead of where I left off. Despite this, I hope to use the site again in the future.

Nice experience with many different vendors. I’ve seen that prices have risen a lot lately. Across most auctions. It’s not as cheap and easy as before with the 13 percent tax and another 12-15 percent vendor fee... I still like it, but I’m using it less and less. Could it be more popular? Or maybe tough times for everyone?

The app kept freezing and now I can't log in, so I had to use the website on my phone just before an auction ended. I really wish you could see just your watchlist in real time on the site. I missed some items I was bidding on because they got lost in the mess of many items ending all at once.

Simple to use, but sad the app is shutting down. The site looks good on mobile, but it’s a bit slow to respond. Like, I need to tap twice to make photos bigger. The app sometimes didn’t load as fast as the site when auctions were happening live. Still, it’s alright overal.

The layout is done right, but at times bidders put in bids that are too much. All is good with what you guys do. For me, "state" is the best way. I like the 50 cent steps in bidding. Sometimes I wish it was 25 cents, that would be better for some coins I go for.
