In a recent order, there were a few problems that came up, but none of them were because of Eurosender. Sadly, the shipment didn't go through at the end, but the great support from their customer service team—especially Yulia, Marcela, and Ismail—really helped to manage the situation.

Even though the pick up didn't happen on time
Even though the pick up didn't happen on time, Gizem was really helpful and managed to organize a new pickup for me right away. The courier service can be a bit of a hassle and tends to miss the scheduled times. The customer service is great, but the delivery process could be improved.
