    I thought I was making just a one-time purchase

I thought I was making just a one-time purchase, but then I found out the next month that there was another charge on my credit card from this merchant. They put me on a recurring monthly subscription without asking. What makes things worse is that they don't have a customer service phone number. Instead, you have to email them and wait for a reply. The first response is an automatic one with links. Then they tell you to reply with the word bark for further help. When you do, you have to start from scratch because they didn't even bother to read your first email. WHAT A HASSLE!!! Still not sorted.

WOW!! My 5 year old Labradoodle is super picky. She never likes any dog treats UNTIL I found Pupsicles. I got curious and tried them out! She realy ENJOYS them, and they keep her busy for about 30 mins each time. She waits for them every single day! If you need a treat your pup will go crazy for, get these. The company is great and the shipping comes quick. I chose the subscription because it's cheaper, I don’t stress about running low and I know Coco is happy. Also helps me save cash since I stopped buying other treats she won’t eat—most end up in the trash! Woof Company, big thanks! Coco sends love for making her days so tasty and fun!!

This product is great. My dog hurt his knee and needed surgery. The vet said he needed to rest for 12-14 weeks and do physical therapy with hot and cold packs. It was hard to keep him calm with my other dogs around. I got a kit for him and he really liked it. I got more kits for my other dogs and sent one to my son in Seattle for his dog. They all enjoy it. I'm excited to try making different recipes. Frozen treats will be nice in the summer. The company is awesome, they have good customer service and products.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. We have a couple of Pupsicles for our pet, and they’re our first choice over Kongs for keeping our dog busy. We appreciate being able to fill the molds directly in the freezer without needing to place the whole Kong in there. It’s not messy and keeps our dog occupied for at least 20 minutes. Cleaning can be a bit tricky, but since we have two, we can switch between them.

Greate product. My 1 yr old labradoodle got knee hurt & needs surgery. Vet says he needs 12-14 weeks recovery, quiet time, PT & hot/cold packs. It's hard with other dogs. I got a kit for him, he liked it. Got more for other dogs & sent one to my son in Seattle. They all like it. Going to try more recipes. In summer, frozen pops will be nice. Nice company, service & products.

I’ve had two great experiences with Woof’s customer service. They always go out of their way to help. Their products are really good, and I plan to keep buying from them forever. I’ve also told many dog owners about their stuff... Thanks a lot, Woof! So much!

This is about the bite & brush toy. My labradoodle was gonna get her teeth cleaned this year cause of the tartar on her big teeth, but in only a few weeks using the bite & brush toy (she realy likes it), the vet told me it’s not needed anymore.

Is it okay to give any flavor popsicles to any age dog?

Is it okay to give any flavor popsicles to any age dog? I want to try the Calming popsicles and other flavors with my dogs and new puppy, but I'm not sure if I can give any flavor or calming pops to my 8-month-old puppy. I'd appreciate it if someone could let me know. I just want to make sure first, and also how many popsicles I can give, and how many calming popsicles a day. I give to my dogs and puppy 🐾 Thanks!

    My puppy loves the pupsicle

My puppy loves the pupsicle, but unfortunately, she's a strong chewer and managed to chew through the top of this overpriced item on the second night. Considering the $25 cost, I expected much more durability. Kong toys, for instance, are known for their strength. I would appreciate a replacement for at least the top part. Please advise on the next steps.

I bought the small bite & brush first, thinking it would help her teeth more. My dog seems to like it... just a bit. She chews on it sometimes but gets bored fast. Canceling my subscription was easy. Then I got her the Popsicle, and she loves it. She plays with it a lot. It keeps her busy. She’s happy, and so am I.

This company's large Woof pupsicle with beef pops is great for keeping my Frenchie, Boulder, entertained while I'm away. He loves it, and it doesn't upset his stomach. It lasts a long time, providing him with a satisfying licking experience. We'll definitely buy more in the future.

    Good product.

Good product. My pup loves the dental chews and goes nuts for them. Customer service? Doesn't exist. There's no phone number, so you're stuck sending an email. First off, our dog chews off the small brushy pieces from the toy, so I emailed to ask if it’s safe. No answer after a month. Also, I bought the Pupsicle with the starter kit and mold to make treats. It’s been over two weeks (it said in stock), and I emailed for an update. Their reply says they'll answer in 1-2 days, but still no word. The products are good, but clearly, they don’t hire staff for customer support. Adding even one or two live agents would help fix their image and boost sales. If I don’t hear back soon, I’m going to file a dispute with VISA because not responding at all in this day and age is 100% unaceptable. You need to step it up, Woof!

My Great Dane dog has a big Pupsicle.

My Great Dane dog has a big Pupsicle. I freeze refills and it's sturdy and worked well, until I couldn’t get the lid off to refill. I tried cooking oil, warm water soak, jar opener, channel locks...no luck. It’s only been used about 10-12 times, still have the box...I’d appreciate ideas to fix this. It’s a good source of fun.

Tha toy is almost completly destroyed after 2 pupsicles served to my 45 lb GSP. This is marketd as a Kong replacement, but for almost twise the price I would expect much higher durability. Luv the idea, the execusion could be improved.

    Product matches the description.

Product matches the description. But the company feels more like a scam than a real business. I ordered the bite n brush and a pack of chews in June 2025 and did not sign up for any subscription at all. Now, a month later, I am being charged $19.58 and received another pack of chews (I have a small dog and still have half the first pack) without signing up for any subscription or automatic rebill. I spent hours today trying to email the company since there is no phone number, and they use an AI bot for “customer service.” What a joke. The bot said there is no subscription under my name or email (the only info I give online), but the credit card charge says “recurring payment.” Do not buy from these scammy people. They can’t run a small business or are just a fraud company.

I saw all the ads for Woof and thought it would be great

I saw all the ads for Woof and thought it would be great for my beagle mix who loves to chew. The smallest size is still too big for my dog, and she doesn't chew it with the popsicles in it. She just licks it a lot. So it doesn’t work as a chew for us. Their training treats (love nuggets) also have garlic?! Isn’t it bad for dogs? And their bully sticks say ‘odor free,’ which is so far from the truth. Smells like rotten fish so badly that when our dog starts chewing on one, the whole family complains of the awful smell. Maybe it would work for other dog families but not us. Plus it's pretty pricey for something that doesn’t work.

Products are good, but getting them can be a problem. Customer service is almost impossible to reach and not good at all. My autoship got a label made on January 15th. I tried contacting them three times, but never got a reply. Now it’s February 6th and I'm still waiting. The allergy tablets are great for my dog, but I might switch to a different brand and company that can actually deliver on time. Wouldn’t be so bad if they were better at replying.

My order hasn’t shipped yet even though I got a tracking number. Both USPS and the shop say they haven’t gotten the package. It’s been this way for two weeks. There’s no phone to call, and when I email customer support, I just get the same canned replies about “high shipping volume” problems. Now, they’re not replying to any of my emails, even the one asking for a refund. I am really upset.

    Very misleading business tactics.

At the start of your order, there is a vague option that turns your purchase into a subscription without clearly stating it. It’s labeled as auto-ship. It shows up on the screen AFTER you click the add to cart button. Give it a try. Pick any product and click on it. The next screen pops up with the add to cart button and other options showing instantly. But the auto-ship and one-time ship choices don’t show up until about 5 seconds later. If you click add to cart right away, it gets added and you move on to the next step, where no mention of a subscription is made. Then, a subscription is set up automatically, and you’ll get a repeat order for the same product next month. Canceling the subscription requires at least 3 steps and they try to stop you every time. It’s sad that a good product gets ruined by these dishonest practices.

I bought their dog teeth cleaning kits

I bought their dog teeth cleaning kits (big and small) for my two dogs. They cost a lot, $55, and came with only a few chews. I signed up for a subscription and tracking said refills were on the way. They never showed up, then refills were sent again and arrived at the same time as my second order. After that, a third box came a few weeks later even though I had already canceled. They charge more than the subscription price for extra orders and want me to pay for shipping to send back the last box (they took the money from my credit card automatically). I used their “chat” twice trying to cancel faster. This company is the worst I’ve ever used. Besides bad service, I don’t see any change in my dogs’ teeth. My groomer thinks the same.

    Customer service

I had ordered a dog product for my son’s dog in another state It was my mistake as I left one word (park) out of his address It got sent to the wrong address. It took almost a week for that item to be delivered! I reached out as there is no live person you can talk to The only way of contact is through message! They basically told me that it was my fault so they weren’t going to do anything about it and I’m out of luck They told me to try to reach the building manager or the person at that address which is ridiculous as I don’t live in that state I will never order another product from this company again!

    Purchased the Woof pupsicle starter

Purchased the Woof pupsicle starter pack on Amazon from Woof Pet. Unfortunately, my dog managed to damage it after only a few uses within 2 weeks. When I reached out to the company on mywoof.com, they mentioned that it wasn't covered by their 30-day warranty due to the Amazon purchase. Frustratingly, I can't return it to Amazon. Disappointing experience with lackluster customer service; it seems they should honor their products, especially when sold through their listing on Amazon. Not recommending this product or company.

Our terrier destroyed this popsicle the first time he tried it – I think he might have swallowed a small piece of plastic, as I couldn't find it. I sent an email to the company right away, but they never replied within 30 days. They refused to send me the part that was chewed off, even though I only wanted half of it. If your dog chews a lot, these are not safe. Also, I tried the bone broth frozen treat, and it only took about 30 seconds for our dogs to finish it. I wouldn't recommend this company for several reasons.

I wrote to these guys over a week ago to inquire about the specifics of the auto ship. I still have not received a response via email or chat after a week. When trying to order, it says the popsicle holder is guaranteed if you have an auto ship. However, when ordering, it gives me an option to auto ship the entire pupsicle and ice tray. Why? I don't understand how to get coverage in case they ruin the holder.

I reached out to this company a week ago regarding auto ship details, but haven't received a response to my email inquiry. The ordering process is confusing, as the popsicle holder is only guaranteed with auto ship. Yet, there's an option to auto ship the entire pupsicle and ice tray. It's unclear how this provides coverage in case the holder gets damaged. Communication and ordering process need improvement.

I bought the Bite n Brush for my son's Corgi as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it broke in just a few days. I reached out to Wood.com, but they informed me that it was outside the return period. I’ve noticed most businesses offer a longer return window for holiday purchases. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a reliable store where returns are easier and you can go to a local shop.
