    Overall, this was a good experience.

    Overall, this was a good experience. Carl did well in arranging the transport for me. The driver, Dakota, was polite and friendly, and he kept me updated about a delay, which I appreciated. His truck and trailer were in great condition. My only concern was that it took a while to find a driver until I suggested increasing the price, but I understand that's common in the industry. Your company's rating and initial quote were key factors in my decision to book with you. Despite the higher final price, I would still rate your company 5/5 stars.

    My experience with M&M Freight and Logistics

    My experience with M&M Freight and Logistics was with Richard Ramirez, recommended by a friend who had used him twice for car transport. Richard was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He always replied quickly when I reached out. My new Toyota RAV4 hybrid came right on time and in perfect conditon. Thanks, M&M, for making my first car shipping smooth!

    Good company to deal with, they

    Good company to deal with, they make things really simple. All you need to do is give them the addresses, pick a date, sign the contract, pay the booking, and then a driver comes to pick up your vehicle.

    I would say the timing of my car's arrival was fairly

    I would say the timing of my car's arrival was fairly close and I was glad to get it in one piece, though it was a day later than what we had agreed upon, which is understandable, but the communication about where my car was at was lacking on the driver’s end. The pricing was on the expensive side, but I guess it was a decent rate and I had to pay before the price went up. I might use this company again if necessary, but I just hope my next experience goes smoother than this one.
