This was my first time shipping a car across the country. Nationwide United Auto Transport made it easy by guiding me through the entire process. I had some doubts at first, but once everything started, I received clear communication and instructions as promised. Eric was my main contact and he was helpful and responded to all my questions. My car was picked up on time and delivered safely, with no problems. The driver was efficient and everything went smoothly. I was pleased with how fast the delivery happened. One thing that could have been better was receiving same-day notice for pickup. It would have been better to get a 24-hour notice, but everything turned out fine. Thanks again to Eric and Michael for their help.

Nationwide United Transport assisted with moving my mother's car from ND to Southern California. They also moved a dining table and a cooler, which was holding a uniquely shaped statue. Moving everything out of my mother's place was difficult, but Jamal, the driver, made it easier. He was polite, very helpful, and showed a lot of patience. The items were carefully placed in the trailer and secured well. Even though we had a language barrier (Russian/English), we managed to communicate well through the "language change texting" service. It worked perfectly! Thanks to everyone who helped with our belongings. All items arrived safely and undamaged. You were really great!
