HMP made my moving experience pretty smooth.
HMP made my moving experience pretty smooth. They kept things simple and affordable! I received several quotes, and theirs was definitely the best price. They stayed with me through the entire process and kept me updated on time. The one downside is that you need to pack most of your items on your own, so be sure to account for that.

The team at Hawaii Moving Pros was amazing!!! Moving off the island can be really stressful, but they made the whole process go so easy. I would definitely hire them again and have already recommended them to friends who are moving off the island!

I would not recommend Hawaii Moving Pros at all.
I would not recommend Hawaii Moving Pros at all. I hired them to move my things from California to Hawaii, and it was a mess. They seem to be a mix of different companies, each branding themselves in a different way depending on where they are located. Every time I called, they answered with a different name, only to correct themselves later. It was a horrible experience. They damaged so many of my items and only reimbursed me by weight, not the actual value. My TV, for instance, was only reimbursed about $40. They also messed up my couch while trying to bring it into my apartment. It got stuck on the stairs, and they just left it there. They told me they couldn't do anything about it and left. I had to call my brother to help me move it. Then they demanded full payment. I was okay with paying, but I wanted to sort out the reimbursement for the damages first (I was worried that if I paid in full, I wouldn't get the reimbursements). They threatened to send the whole thing to collections and said I had to pay everything before discussing reimbursements. Just a terrible company, don't go near them!
