I had a superb encounter with their global relocation service; they exceeded my every expectation. Their service from start to finish was excellent. Everything went smoothly, and I appreciated the fast delivery of my things.

What a good service from this company! They made it easy for us to send furniture to our daughter who stays in another state. They were useful in organizing the shipping steps, and the movers were careful and quick in loading and moving our items.

This company should not be allowed to operate or serve the public at all. As a retired combat veteran, a broker connected me to them. Within 24 hours of seeing negative reviews, I emailed my coordinator for a refund of my deposit of $1237. He didn't reply for 24 hours, and Bridgeview said I had only 24 hours for a refund. No one gave me the portal to get my money back. After many calls, they want to keep it without helping me move. This company should close for fraud. Avoid doing business with them.

Awful company to deal with! Unclear estimates, unexpected fees, outsourced my move without informing me, poor communication, and they rarely respond to calls unless you're trying to schedule a move. I've been waiting for my refund check for 4 months after the approval for damage.

I had a nightmare experience with a moving company that I just have to share. They initially gave me an estimate, but the final cost ended up being double! Every time I mentioned something that was supposed to be included, they added more charges. We chose them because they promised a Monday delivery, but it arrived late Tuesday night, and we were leaving town early Wednesday. The movers left trash like empty tape rolls and straps behind and tracked dirt onto our freshly cleaned carpets because it was raining. This was my first time using a moving company, and it will definitely be my last. They called a few days before the move to confirm everything and assure me it would be smooth. When things went wrong, they ignored my texts and calls. Moving a one-bedroom apartment within the listed items and boxes should not have cost this much. They have your stuff, and you have to pay to get it back. They shouldn't treat people like this. Moving is stressful enough without this added nightmare.

Within 24 hours, I found out about their terrible reviews and immediately emailed the broker to get my $1237 deposit back. The broker ignored me for exactly 24 hours, knowing that was the limit to get a refund. No one ever gave me the portal to complete the refund process. Despite countless calls, they refuse to return my money and haven't done anything to help me move. This feels like fraud. Avoid this company at all costs, and I'd love to find others in the same situation to take legal action against them.

I had the worst experience with this company. First, they gave me a quote that seemed reasonable but then hit me with surprise charges. To make matters worse, they outsourced my move to another company without even telling me. Communication was a nightmare; they never picked up the phone unless it was to book a mover. And don’t even get me started on the claim reimbursement. My claim for damages was approved, but it’s been four months and still no check. It’s incredibly frustrating dealing with them. It's like they disappear once they have your money. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
