I've been a host for almost three years now.
I've been a host for almost three years now. There have been a few problems with renters, but my neighbor handled everything just like he said he would, fixing the issues every time. April from the trust and safety team and Marcos the removal expert kept me updated and got things done.

Good host, very easy to work with
I had access to my RV anytime, day or night. (No overnight stays, but I could get to it if needed at any hour!) He always kept me updated about any changes or concerns. Definitely recommend.

I've used Neighbor.com twice.
I've used Neighbor.com twice. Honestly, I didn't have any major issues and thought they were ok to use. The first time (2024), I got a good spot for a vehicle, and it was easy to set up with no issues with billing, etc. The second time, recently (2025), I arranged storage but had to cancel a couple of weeks before using it; canceling was easy, and the full amount they took as deposit was returned to my card right away (literally, within an hour or two). My only complaints with them are: a) storage is a bit pricey, but I guess that’s probably the case everywhere. (I haven’t compared much) b) They can be a little pushy, but they’re not really “hard sell” types. Just stand your ground and they’re fine.

Watch out because if you cancel after
Watch out because if you cancel after paying and need to leave sooner without being charged for another month, they will take away your first month discount.. POOR SERVICE.
