Ordered on December 9, paid for Christmas delivery (12/19-12/24). Despite reaching the USA (NJ) on 12/14, my package inexplicably bounces between NJ and CA. The company blames "Shipping Partners" for the delay. Attempts to contact them are futile, with excruciatingly slow message responses. A truly dreadful experience, tarnishing what should have been a joyful holiday delivery.

My opinion about the company? Don't buy from them if you don't want to lose money. It's scandalous how they can get away with it in France, Europe, and everywhere else. Spend your money elsewhere.
