Your tech representative, Oscar Donovan, really impressed me! Our website had a problem with SSL not loading on the homepage, but it was working fine on all the other pages. Oscar quickly dived into A/B testing and delved into the code. In just a few minutes, he suggested checking the video on our website header, mentioning that sometimes the video source or name could cause SSL security issues. While on the call, I turned off the video, refreshed the page, and voila! The site loaded with SSL. Not everyone would go that deep, understand what to look for, and solve the problem so quickly. Oscar deserves recognition and a promotion; he's destined to become a top tech for your company! A+ work from him.

Stan is consistently the most outstanding agent I've ever come across, hands down. Having dealt with various hosting services for over 20 years, I can confidently say that he sets the bar high. It would be wise for new employees to observe him closely to learn the ropes. My opinion is formed from several interactions spanning many months, and without fail, he handles everything with precision and care. Stan's demeanor is both amiable and polished, making every interaction a positive experience.

Never knew them, but wow! VPS speed is amazing, beats biggies like GoDaddy and HostGator I used for ages. Customer service is outstanding, agents are patient, and live chat rocks. Can't believe I wasted time with GoDaddy and HostGator thinking slow speed was normal for all hosts.

The whole server setup was really well handled by the Liquid Web Team. Marsha, in particular, was a huge help in moving us from an old server with no downtime. I'm genuinely thankful! We'll be upgrading another one soon.

This level of service is unacceptable

My experience with this service's tech support has been incredibly frustrating. I've encountered a recurring problem where urgent tech support tickets remain "open" for an extended period, sometimes up to 10 hours. The response I received from the chat support was simply, "sorry, I'll escalate your ticket." This level of service is unacceptable. It has directly impacted my business, leading to the loss of customers who were unable to install SSL certificates for two consecutive years. Currently, I'm on the verge of losing another customer due to a lengthy 12-hour investigation into why their site takes more than 45 seconds to load. The quality of support provided needs immediate improvement to avoid further customer losses.
