I read lots of reviews before buying Office stuff and found many about LicenseTom. I thought it might be hard to install but it went better than I guessed – took me around an hour and didn’t hit any big problems. The Office Professional 2024 I got is working just fine. A few days later, my laptop had a random issue (not becaus of Office) and I had to ask LicenseTom something – they got back to me super fast! One thing that really helped was the YouTube video that came with the activation – watch it close and follow every step. Big thanks to all the folks who wrote reviews before – really helped me pick this. I’d say go for LicenseTom if you're thinking about it.

I bought MS Office 2024 from Groupon and later needed to move the software to another PC. I contacted customer support and David answered my email really fast. He gave clear and useful advice, including a simple fix for my problem. I didn’t know my Groupon Office 2024 could only work on one device, but with the low cost, I thought that was fair. David explained everything well and gave a solution that was better than I expected. I will surely keep using Groupon for my future buys. The products work well, and if there’s a problem, the customer service is great.

I bought Office 2019 Home & Business for my Mac and after a few chats with Customer Service, I was able to download it. Everything is there, awesome! The Customer Service was great, I had some questions before buying and they helped me late into the night, answering everything. Today, when I downloaded it, they were quick. The instructions were clear, even for someone like me. Good work License Tom, they really do what they say!! So don't worry, I don't know how they manage it, but just Download It!!! I was a bit hesitant to buy a lifetime license for Microsoft Office

I was a bit hesitant to buy a lifetime license for Microsoft Office 2024 at such a low price from a vendor I wasn't familiar with. But I decided to go ahead and try it out, and I'm happy I did. License Tom’s support was really good. I ran into issues with the product key (my fault), but the email replies were quick and to the point. I’m thankful for their help in getting everything set up and running.

Now there's an option to get a replacement for a program I bought that doesn't work on my IPad, as long as I provide a good review here and on my Groupon account. The only issue was that the purchase wasn’t clearly labeled as not for IPad, and I had some trouble downloading the program a few times, but overall, I would rate the customer service 5 stars. It's a little awkward having to write two 'positive' reviews to get a full replacement, but I can live with the business approach. Great responses to all requests for help.
