15.44V 57Wh battery for Lenovo SB10T83216. Delivery was fast (under a week). The battery charged quickly, and I was happy to start using it right away. Installing the battery was simple for me. It comes with 2 screwdrivers, which made it easier to remove the small screws and fit the battery without any issues.

My experience with Lenovobatt wasn't good. The battery I got was defective. It didn't connect well to my computer, and it seemed low quality. Getting a replacement or credit was hard. They ignored my emails. Overall, it was a bad and expensive ordeal.

I bought a new battery for my Lenovo Thinkbook, but it wouldn't charge beyond 95% after installation. I tried fixing it myself, including updating AC adapter drivers. Their support advised turning off the battery health mode, which fixed the issue. Now, it charges to 100%. I've only had it for a week, but I'm pleased with how it's performing. I gave 5 stars because their support responded quickly and helped me through the problem.

The battery only gets up to 53% and dosen’t go past that.
So I still end up needing to keep it plugged in most of the day. It works a bit longer than before, but not much, and I have to hook it back up pretty quick after using it for a short while.

The battery I ordered never showed up.
The battery I ordered never showed up. The tracking link they gave me said it was delivered, but the post office couldn’t track it with the China Post number. Customer service gave me a USPS tracking number, but it ended up being fake (it was real, just for a different package). I feel like I’ve been tricked.

Lenovobatt's battery was defective
Lenovobatt's battery was defective. My IT guy tried multiple times to connect the battery to the motherboard. The clip was loose, and the battery quality was poor. I threw it out. Getting a credit or replacement was impossible. They ignored my emails. It was a bad and costly experience.

The battery, once put in, doesn't stay charged.
The battery, once put in, doesn't stay charged. It stopped holding a charge after just a month of use. Now I have to keep the laptop plugged in all the time to prevent it from turning off. The battery is useless. Need a new one.
