    Agent is a 5/5. 3/5 - Not being able to fully exchange due to the product's shipping origin is a bit annoying. Especially when there's a thing called "30 day fit assurance" but still having to pay 50% of the reorder.

    I remain dissatisfied with my last order, and if I could find the item elsewhere, I would have opted for a different source.     I had a great experience with the agent, they were super helpful and attentive, definitely a 5/5 for them. However, I'm a bit disappointed with the exchange policy. I mean, not being able to fully exchange a product that's supposedly covered because of its shipping origin? That's kinda frustrating. And then there's this “30 day fit assurance” thing. Sounds great in theory, but having to pay 50% of the reorder fee doesn’t really sit well with me. I wish they could be more flexible with their policies to make things easier for the customers. Overall, mixed feelings – amazing service but the exchange policy needs some work.
