Kensington Tours uses aggressive
Kensington Tours uses aggressive sales tactics and unclear pricing, leaving customers feeling cheated. My recent experience with them was disappointing. Despite paying a hefty $85,985.00 for a 6-night trip without international flights, the quality of the tours, flights, and accommodations did not justify the exorbitant cost.
Upon investigation, I discovered that the actual retail cost of the trip should have been around $30,140.47, indicating a shocking overcharge of $54,859.43. The tours and services provided by Kensington Tours were subpar, and I received none of the usual perks associated with premium bookings.
Furthermore, Kensington Tours operates under questionable practices, claiming their sales brochure serves as a binding contract without proper documentation. They also tried to justify their inflated prices by citing undisclosed "private discount contracts" with hotels.
After negotiations, I was reimbursed $30,000.00, but I believe I am still owed $55,000.00. Considering legal action to hold them accountable, as their actions should serve as a warning to others considering their services.
