Reasonably priced tickets with swift customer service. Limited wait times to connect with a representative who efficiently addressed my concerns. Despite an initial hiccup with ticket availability, the rep promptly offered an alternative at a slightly higher but still reasonable cost. Grateful for the emailed e-tickets and cancellation confirmation for a duplicate booking. The customer service agent displayed commendable patience, knowledge, and friendliness, which was especially appreciated as an older, deaf individual.

We tried booking tickets online, but had some trouble. I called the number and talked to Eresto, who was really helpful! He found us tickets we liked and stayed on the phone while we sorted out the issue with our credit card company. He also sent us the new Itinerary and gave us time to review it before confirming our tickets. He was so nice and patient!

Maybe that’s just how it goes, but Dave (I think that was his name) kept me calm (I don’t trust dishonest people) and I still saved $90 compared to Priceline.

We found out our reservation from November 2023 was canceled due to a credit card check. We managed to rebook the same flight for $200 extra. We appreciate the assistance in rescheduling and approving it.

It's like buying something online only to realize they just ordered it from Amazon, had it shipped, and pocketed some extra money for nothing. Not happy at all. AVOID eBookTrip. I'm figuring out how to report them to the Florida Attorney General. Check the 1-star reviews and their reply – it's the same. Look at BBB.org's scam page for the full picture. It's a scam.
