I’ve been using Wanderu for a while now

I’ve been using Wanderu for a while now, and I like it a lot. I always suggest it to anyone who needs to travel between cities, especially in the northeast of the USA! It’s also helpful in the Texas Triangle and California. It makes travel so simple and much cheaper than trains or flying. Plus, bus stations are usually more accessible by public transport than airports. I really recommend this app, I’ve never had an issue. Some people have negative views on buses, but bus drivers are much better now at explaining the rules before the trip starts (like using headphones), and they let people know they’ll be kicked off if they don’t follow. So taking a bus is a smooth and predictable experience now, even more so with Wanderu.

This is the second trip I've arranged

This is the second trip I've arranged with Wanderu. I came back for another trip because the first was such a good experience. The booking process itself was smooth and easy. The prices were, and still are, the best around. And even more satisfying, the specific transportation service I chose for the trips (Barons) are shorter in total time than any other bus line or transportation service. I was quite pleased that Wanderu offered this particular bus line. The bus itself was clean, comfortable and convenient with a few accommodations. Overall, I've had nothing but positive experiences so far and, while I look forward to this trip, I plan to use Wanderu for many more this year.

In terms of my overall experience and satisfaction, I am super happy with the app. It's easy to use, reliable, and cheap. The only problem I've had was signing in with my Google account recently. There wasn't a button to take me where I needed to put in my gmail account information. I was able to sign in on safari, just fine. I was able to work around it by making a new account with my dummy email address but now I would like the option to merge, if possible! Everything else is perfect though, thank you! And thank you for making an amazing app that's made traveling across states for important events without a vehicle of my own possible.

Wanderu is a really simple site to use. You can see options based on schedule, bus, and/or train alternatives. It's easy to compare costs, and it has a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Wanderu. I have returned to it for booking trips from NYC to Richmond, and NYC to Philadelphia.

I always use Wanderu to book my bus tickets and compare train prices. I've been using it for 7 years now, glad it's still here. It's a helpful system with no hidden fees. No issues. Maybe a better interface, but that’s just me being nitpiky.

Really simple to use – I can check out buses and trains since I don’t have a car in Manhattan and always need public trans. A couple of times it even cost less than what the specific company’s site showed.

Great and quick way to book a bus

Great and quick way to book a bus from Kissimmee, FL to Miami, really nice that several bus stops are shown so you can pick the closest and most convienent place to get on and off the bus.

Love this app! I use it literally all the time. I dont drive, but I travel often. I’ve used it for day trips…. Long and short trips….. trips with my daughter. Late and early trips. Last minute trips. This app is a lifesaver and it works in real time. Truly the google flights of ground transportation

It took a bit to get the hang of it, but once I did, it was pretty simple and handy with the filter and sorting features to nab a ticket. I liked that they had lots of transportation choices to consider and pick one that didn't break the bank.

Crap experience with Wanderu

I booked my trip to Boston via Wanderu. However, after I came back from the trip, I found that I was double charged. I tried to contact Wanderu via its app. But what I got was that they show their data and give me the carriers service website. They want me to get carriers for the double charge not Wanderu. I bought from Wanderu’s app. It’s your app’s issue and it was your app where I paid w my credit card. Wanderu shows no intention to help me on this. They keep saying that it’s my fault and I shall contact with the carriers myself. But, I bought from your app. It’s your service. Wanderu shall assist to solve this not just push me away. I can’t accept that. And, o would said that there is bug in Wanderu’s app. Don’t buy from them, the next victim might be you. Be careful!!!!!!!’n

The system booked the wrong date

The system booked the wrong date, and I didn't notice until the ticket was issued. I immediately tried to make an adjustment, but it was not possible to change, modify, or cancel the ticket, resulting in the full purchase price being lost. Due to this bad experience with a $30 ticket, I have decided not to use Wanderu again.

Scammers

All purchases are final, even if you made a mistake and contacted them immediately, there is nothing they can do. Refundable tickets are not offered although available. Strongly recommend to not use them.
