    I enjoyd their burgers and fries.

    I enjoyd their burgers and fries. They mixd in a few curly fries with the reglar ones, which was kinda fun. I shared one curly fry with someone. My first visit felt pretty special to me. I liked it alot. Five out of five stars.

    This company ain't that good.

    This company ain't that good. They don't keep their promises, and the staff are clueless about the promotions. They're rude and mess up the food. I had a terrible time last week with the 3 o'clock crew.

    The service here is just awful and the food is crap. Lettuce was soggy and old. Half of my toppings were missing. I ordered the southwest salad but there were no tortilla strips and or tomatoes.

    I tried to place a delivery order through the Jack in the Box

    I tried to place a delivery order through the Jack in the Box app and chose Google Pay to pay. When I sent the order, I got an error saying there was a problem with my payment. I checked my info and tried again, but the same error came up. Even though both orders showed as failed in the app, I got two messages from Google Wallet saying I paid $33.19 twice, which is $66.38 total. I never got any confirmation for the orders. Nothing shows up in my Order History in the app. I called the store, and they said they have no record of any order. Worse, there’s no way to contact Customer Support directly: No phone number for help—just some line about privacy in the T&Cs. No live chat. The only form to fill out needs an order number, which I don’t have. Right now, it looks like Jack in the Box took $66.38 from me and gave me nothing, and I spent over two hours trying to fix this with no real support. I want a refund for both payments right away.

    Visited Jack Box at the beach and

    Visited Jack Box at the beach and Bolsa at the 15232 location. The breakfast manager there has a pretty bad attitude. I asked for a soda refill, and she ignored me at first. When I asked again, she said no. I tried the machine myself, and she turned it off completely. When I asked for my receipt, she said she didn't care about it and told me to leave or she'd call the cops. When I asked for her name, she covered her tag and went to the back. Overall, not a great experience with the breakfast manager.

    On 2/15/24, I made a routine app order, a weekly occurrence. Post-confirmation and debit, I arrived at the store to discover closure due to staffing issues. Despite being charged, the store was deserted, and my attempts to rectify the issue through their website remain unanswered. No refund has been initiated, leaving me unsatisfied with their customer service.

    I was looking forward to trying Jack

    I was looking forward to trying Jack in the Box's new boba tea and coffee offerings. However, I was let down by the misleading advertising regarding the amount of tapioca in the drink. The photos showcased a substantial amount, but in reality, it only had a thin layer at the cup's bottom. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, I can't share a photo on this site.

    I visited Jackin the Box and ordered a berry smash jack. When I reached the window, I asked the girl about the senior discount. She told me they only give discounts on drinks, not on food. I've never heard of that kind of rule before, only for drinks. Because of that, I didn't get a discount since I just ordered a burger.

    I explicitly emphasized a NO CHERRY preference for my milkshake, but lo and behold, it arrived adorned with an unwanted cherry. I have a cherry allergy, mind you. This mishap occurred via DoorDash. If this milkshake leads to my demise, legal action from my family is imminent!
