The payment service is good to use
The payment service is good to use, although their compliance process can be quite slow and requires a lot of documents. It takes time to complete the registration. I trust they will take care of privacy. Customer support is helpful and kind.

I’ve been waiting for over 2 months and still
I’ve been waiting for over 2 months and still haven’t received my refund. They only sent me a transaction detail from my bank, but when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the money hasn’t been refunded. So, please be careful when using pingponx. It’s a poor experience.

It’s been over two months, and I still haven’t received my refund.
It’s been over two months, and I still haven’t received my refund. They only sent me the transaction info from my bank, but when I reached out to my bank, they showed me that the money hasn’t been refunded. So, be carefull using Pingponx, it’s been a bad expierence for me.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! – Ping Pong ARE CROOKS!! I asked for a refund over a month ago, and all they kept saying was the refund was processed and I should contact my bank!! COMPLETE LIARS. If it wasn't for mafgriainc stepping in, I would have been in huge financial trouble, maybe even lost my house. Reading reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one who had this issue! I WARN EVERYONE USING OR THINKING ABOUT USING PING PONG TO AVOID THEM!! THEY'RE TERRIBLE!!

No BIRCs They can't supply the necessary BRCs/FIRCs to process my GST refunds, even after waiting for 7 months. My refunds keep getting denied and nothing is moving forward, but they refuse to offer any help. Watch out for them, their fees are also very high. There are more affordable and reliable options out there than the unreliable Ping Pong.
