The product looks just as good as shown in the ads. The black leather pouches are great, and since I travel often, they are quite useful. The only issue was with shipping. I paid for express delivery (1-2 days), but it took 4 days to arrive. I was a bit worried it might not arrive in time since I had a flight the next day. Overall, I’m happy with the look, my birthstone, and the cost.

I really like this brand!

I really like this brand! I faced some problems with clasps, but they tried to make it better by sending a gift. I had to go to my jeweler for a new clasp. I got mixed up with numerous emails and asked for a different bracelet for the gift since the one they sent had a clasp problem too. Now they’ve disappeared, which is a letdown as I liked other items too.

Great gift for someone special!

Great gift for someone special! I got it as a present for my husband for Christmas, and he really likes it. It looks good, is reasonably priced, and goes well with almost any look. I do wish the packaging was nicer, and shipping took a lot longer than expected, so it didn’t arrive until after Christmas, but I will probably buy from them again.

I still haven't gotten my replacement

I still haven't gotten my replacement chain and bracelet back. You keep saying it will ship when you get it, but it's been over 2 weeks since you received it, and I have postal receipts to prove it. Order HOMMESORO118061. I already paid tax on the replacement, and I'm still waiting.
