Koala is a great company.

The team is very friendly and makes you feel like they are always on your side. They genuinely want to help you succeed in selling your timeshare vacations. It’s a great place to sell any extra vacations you might have. I'm really glad someone put in the effort to start this business. Listing is very easy, and Koala is always ready to help with any problems or questions. You shouldn't face any trouble. This is coming from someone who isn’t very good with technology.

This was my first experience with Koala, and if every timeshare owner is as kind as Dorice, the owner I booked through, I will definitely tell all my family and friends about Koala. The process went smooth. Dorice gave me all the details I needed about the timeshare week she offered and was quick to answer my questions. I had a chance to talk with Misha from the Koala team. I was pleased with his fast reply and how he quickly solved the issue with my listing. Misha’s offer to help more if needed really shows how good their customer service is. I’m really happy to be part of Koala.

I made a booking that got canceled two times

I made a booking that got canceled two times and ended up removing it from the Wyndham site because of the 15 day cancelation rule. I don’t blame Koala, it’s more about the customer wanting exact dates and location. I get that things happen for any reason. Maybe later they could add a small charge for customers who cancel super late. Just my 2 cents...

I've been using this platform

I've been using this platform as a Wyndham owner to rent out my units, and it's been pretty flexible with booking and canceling reservations. Once I got the hang of the login quirks, it was smooth sailing. The staff is quite responsive when listing new reservations, and they’re especially understanding during holidays, even if it takes a bit longer. The conversations I've had with the staff have been really helpful, especially when I was just starting out. One thing I’d like to see improved is the notification process for when a guest's information is added to a reservation. My first payout matched the advertised amount, and I’m excited for more bookings and payouts in the future!

She walked me through the platform and all the steps for creating listings, using the HGV Hub, handling payouts, and more. The company seems really well put together and ready to help with renting out weeks, which should help cover maintenance costs. Guess we’ll see how it goes over the next year.
