I bought a cover from them again, and I'm amazed with how it turned out! I'm not good at editing photos, so finding them was a relief. They cater to indie writers, which is great! The designer brings my ideas to life, and it's amazing! We're on the same page, and they listen to all my changes. I love working with them and can't wait for more!

BE CAREFUL and advocate for yourself if you use Getcovers. We purchased a logo and I confirmed 3 times that we would receive layered files. When they finally finished, they sent the final files and they were not layered. We went back and worth and they finally sent them. Then I asked for links to the stock files used and fonts. The font sites were PIRATE sites. I contacted the font designer and they verified that it indeed was an illegal file. When I let Getcovers know, their solution was to just change the font. Make sure that you get the details on what you are receiving. You, as the end user, are responsible for ensuring that proper licensing has been obtained. Most people using this service wouldn't know better, so I want to make sure that people can see this and are protecting themselves since Getcovers is not living up to their own terms and conditions by holding their designers accountable for this type of copyright infringement.
