This is an ongoing issue
This is an ongoing issue, and I'll keep you all updated on how it turns out. In October, I won $150, and just yesterday, I won $100. However, the company is making a considerable effort to push me into accepting a gift card, which I do not want. They claim the issue is on our end and suggest trying a different bank. I attempted to use a new account with a major national bank specifically for this cashout, but there were issues with depositing into that account as well. It feels like I'm getting the runaround, as they respond quickly but offer no solutions. My patience is wearing thin. I refrained from reviewing the first time, thinking it might be a one-time glitch, but it's become a pattern. They are quick to take my money, but slow to pay out, which is poor business practice. I would like my money, please. Hopefully, this will be resolved today, as this marks the second day of the runaround. I will post an update when and how it gets resolved.
