My opinion about the company is better

My opinion about the company is better than I thought. All orders are correct and the cards are in better condition than I was hoping (maybe just lucky). When a card is out of stock that I order they message me instead of ignoring it and give out a little discount. love that.

They're really good at getting things

They're really good at getting things packed up quickly and shipped fast. It used to take around 3-4 days to ship, but now it's almost like next-day shipping. Before, it took about a week to get the cards from when you bought them to when they arrived in 3-4 days.

I never really had any issues with Troll and Toad. They seem to be fair in trade-in value but I've noticed if you try to get cash instead of store credit it takes twice as long for the order to get completed. My overall experience has been a positive one though.

The product arrives in excellent condition even though the prices aren't as low as other places. I wish everything could be bought from one place, but the product itself is good no matter what.

Good prices, reasonable shipping rates, took a little longer to arrive, no tracking provided but still showed up, all cards were just as described.

Poor communication for weeks.

Poor communication for weeks. I sent cards with a buylist order. Tracking shows they picked it up from their PO box. I haven't received the payment or my cards back. The order now says "canceled." I’ve sent several emails and called many times but haven't reached anyone!

The product from this company

The product from this company has clearly been tampered with and opened, which is deceptive. It was advertised as a new and sealed item. I will be reaching out to their customer service, and I've recorded video evidence of me opening the package and demonstrating the evident tampering. I will request a refund, return the item, and if necessary, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute the credit card charge. This is utterly unacceptable and very disappointing!
