The product didn't fit, but I guess that's on me. The quality also wasn't good enough to justify paying for return shipping. It's something that happens often when shopping for clothes online and not being able to try them on first. Oh well.

Don't waste your time!
My experience with Full Source was truly infuriating, and I will never recommend them to anyone. I tried to order safety jackets and was given the run-around for three weeks, being told the order couldn't be put through until they received "payment confirmation," which we continually provided as asked; they took forever to respond, were very unclear and unhelpful in their communication whenever they did bother to get back to us, and ended up cancelling our order...! So I needed to take my business elsewhere, THREE WEEKS after the whole process had started. Honestly their customer service was an absolute joke. Don't waste your time!

When I asked the Sales Rep about printing our Company logo in the jackets, she said that they could be printed, therefore I sent the logo by email. All the jackets came without the logo and when I called the company to ask why they weren't printed, she told me that the minimum quantity was 25 jackets. If I should've known that I'd decided to buy it from other sellers who were able to print the Logo for an additional fee but no limited quantities. We ended up buying 13 jackets on different orders.

Got a quote for 11 safety vests at $150, which seemed fair. Decided to get our company logo embroidered on them, expecting it to be a bit extra, but they hit us with a $300 bill just for the logo! It's only 3 colors and less than 4 inches tall. And on top of that, they wanted another $100 just to change the logo's location for future orders. So, $400 just for some stitching on $150 vests? That’s crazy. I get companies need to profit, but this feels like a rip-off, especially since we shrunk the logo size. Now, after switching to another manufacturer, they won't even send us our logo file. Feels like they care more about cash than customers.

I really should have checked the 1-star reviews first. After waiting 10 days with no updates, I decided to call them. Had to endure their annoying hold music for 20 minutes. The operator was nice, so I couldn't get mad at her. She told me the same thing everyone else mentioned – the delay was because the manufacturer hadn’t sent them the product yet. They made it seem like this was totally normal, as if modern inventory systems don't exist. Seems like their "inventory" is just a list of things they can maybe get if you order it. I can't trust the glowing 5-star reviews. If my order ever arrives, it’ll be my last one from here. Always check the low reviews, folks!

I can't believe how frustrating my experience has been with this company. Their website shows items as in stock, but when it comes to delivery, nothing is ever available. I’ve placed three orders in the past week, and each time, not a single item was actually in stock. What's worse, there's no communication to let me know about the delays. I mean, how hard is it to keep your inventory updated? I’m seriously thinking about taking my business to Grainger, Zoro, or ISP. It's just not worth the hassle with these guys. Even if you call and they say things are in stock, don't trust it. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

I had a nightmare ordering jackets from Full Source. Needed 50 jackets, but the whole process was a mess. They kept asking for payment verification over and over, and even though we did everything they asked, it was like talking to a wall. Their responses were so slow, and they wouldn’t bend at all.
