I used this app quite a lot, mostly for downloading movies
I used this app quite a lot, mostly for downloading movies from Netflix! As a sailor, internet is always tricky to get because satellite internet is so expensive! I was happy with the app before, but during my last trip, I tried downloading some new movies and it just didn't work! The app wouldn’t start the downloads at all! I’m not sure what went wrong… My subscription was fine, there was enough space on my laptop, my internet was working well, and everything was updated. I tried multiple times but no luck!

The premium pass got canceled too soon by the supplier, and I couldn't get any refund or support. It’s unreliable when it comes to the image quality you’ll actually download.

I coudn't download an Amazon movie using the FreeGrab I paid for.
I coudn't download an Amazon movie using the FreeGrab I paid for. I typed the title in the search bar, clicked on the movie, copied the name, and pasted it into FreeGrab, but it just wouldn't download. It kept showing an error or something similar. Also, I noticed that the movie title never appears like it did when I first got FreeGrab years ago. Buying it again was a waste of my money.
