I’m leaving this review for Laura Peck at the Forever Help desk. Laura gets a 10 out of 10 from me! She was smart, friendly, patient, and very helpful as she assisted me with the issue of losing 10 years of my granddaughter's photos from Historian! OneDrive was the problem, and she managed to recover them, create shadow and backup copies, and even helped turn off OneDrive since it doesn't work well with Historian. I am Forever (see what I did there? haha) thankful! Thanks, Laura!

I haven’t made a purchase lately

I haven’t made a purchase lately, but I’ve joined several online seminars. You need to register and check out like you’re buying something, even if the seminar is free. I’ve been a Forever member for years, using the platform to store family photos, videos, and documents. I’m also a Club member, which lets me save money for extra storage. I’ve bought a few of their ornaments as gifts, which are quite nice. Their digitization service is somewhat pricey, but I’m satisfied with it. I don’t buy their kits or other products because they don’t work on my MAC computer. :( They’re a bit slow in adding new features. For instance, I asked for a better way to edit long video clips and made other suggestions.

I order a photo book for my parents every year

I order a photo book for my parents every year, and they always enjoy it. It's a great way for them to see their grandkids' updates. The service is quick, efficient, and they are always ready to help when I call or chat. After looking at many companies, I can say their storage system is the best. I really appreciate that once I have the storage, they will keep upgrading the file types. I've lost a lot of photos from external devices that stopped working after just a few years. I didn’t realize this could happen.

I've been using FOREVER for storage, organizing, digitizing, and printing my stuff for about three years now. The mobile app makes it easy to access everything, no matter where I am. Sharing photos with family and friends is a breeze, and I never have to stress about data being taken or paying for subscriptions. It's great having all my pictures, videos, and files safely stored in one spot. The help from my Ambassador and the company's resources is also really good.

I sent in my box of vinyl records and VHS tapes for digitizing. After signing the copyright waiver, I can now access all the music and videos my children enjoyed and share them with my grandkids. It’s great how each item gets its own album, making it simple to locate my memories! I also appreciate being able to track my media through every step. I always know its exact location! I can’t imagine why anyone would choose a different service!

I’m glad there’s technical support just a phone call

I’m glad there’s technical support just a phone call away for my Historian and Artisan. I managed to buy an upgrade, set up shadow copies, and get help fixing an editing problem on a certain project. Every urgent issue got fixed, and now I can finish the 12X12 project. The helpful and patient technical team really helps users get the most out of the software. I’m very thankful to the great people who helped me.

Forever Artisan is the best software for paper

Forever Artisan is the best software for paper scrapbooking I've come across. I can manage most of the matting and decorating without needing the computer. It's great that a year's worth of photos (~70 pages) fit into a book less than 1/2-inch thick. I do wish the software let me set fonts and styles for the whole album, rather than choosing for each text box. Printing the albums is quite pricey.

Communication straight from them through text, informing of an issue with an old audio tape. They fixed it a bit sooner than thought! Items were wrapped up nicely when sent back. The only downside was a tiny discount off two VHS tapes that had a movie recorded over, so they were empty. Not cool to pay for that. I'll be checking out VHS tapes at the library from now on.

I’ve been using Forever for a long time and have had a great time with it. There is a wide range of artwork available on the Forever website, but I also appreciate that I can access art from other platforms when I need something special. It does require an additional subscription, but I'm happy to have the Pixel2Pages website to make the most of the program.

Forever offers a solid service to keep your memories safe - I sent some old reel-to-reel films that I honestly thought wouldn’t work for a transfer, but Forever handled them really well. The digital versions turned out great, and it was wonderful to see family members who have been gone for so many years!! I highly recommend their service!

This company is great! The app/website is easy to navigate, even for seniors. There's a bit of a learning curve, but our consultant, Elaine Hepburn, is great. It's a relief to have all our photos safely stored. I like the one-time cost. We have over 50 years of photos and are scrapbooking them with Creative Memories.

I placed an order for my second spiral planner. It helps me jot down quick notes and dates. I use it frequently. With my current planner almost full, I got a new one for the next year. I observed that the lines are a bit closer and the heading at the top of each page is missing. The heading space doesn’t bother me.

I rely on FOREVER to keep my family’s memories safe. The items are well made, the digital boxes are simple to operate, and they really do last forever—unlike other companies I’ve tried. Plus, the app and digital scrapbook software let me easily customize and enjoy my photos online.

At first, I needed the pictures since my father in law died suddenly, but the box was still missing. The staff helped me a lot and showed me where to look for it. After some searching, I found out it was still at the depot where I left it. The scanned pictures came out great!!

It's nice that I was able to bring in all my old Creative Memories stuff. The new content on Forever isn't really my style, but that's just me. Still learning how everything works. I get a bit confused with some things here and there, but I usualy manage to get it done.

I am very happy with my facial recognition purchase; it works well and is accurate. It was quite simple to use after I heard the short guide, which helped a lot. I strongly suggest it because it saves a lot of time in the big job of organizing my family’s special memories.

Joanne Boyd kindly sent me a replacement blanket when the original was delayed at customs. The last two blankets I received seemed to have been opened by customs, as they were just stuffed into the bag, not folded like the ones from previous orders.
