    I placed an order on May 2 for invitations and paid extra for faster shipping to receive them by May 9. Unfortunately, the package didn't show up on May 9 or 10, which was a bit of a letdown. I would've rated the experience lower, but when I called on May 12 to ask what happened, the Forever rep was very kind and helpful. She explained that the product was delayed in production. She refunded my extra shipping cost and promised that the package would arrive on May 12. It did arrive on May 12. As the saying goes, better late then never. I would’ve rated it a 2 or 3, but because of the helpful rep, I gave it a 4.

    My agent, Geli Bloomquist, is great. In general, I’m happy with the photo restoration. It might be a good idea to check with the client about any known colors in the original image when restoring a photo. My daughter’s eyes turned blue instead of green, and the shawl was supposed to be black, but it’s blue. The painting in the background was left out. Also, it would help to reduce waste by not using big packaging when sending back the original photo. The box was big enough for a huge album, not just a 4x6 photo.

    I really appreaciate getting my special memories

    I really appreaciate getting my special memories back in such a nice way. Watching the videos gave me alot of happiness. One thing I noticed is the sound is very low, even when I turn it all the way up, it’s hard to catch the words clearly. It would be nice if the volume could be made louder. Thanks again.

    If I could remove this one star, I would. I am so deeply frustrated and disappointed with Forever. I ordered an album for my daughter's wedding for their guest book. It was ordered in PLENTY of time to be shipped and received weeks before the wedding. I contacted customer service 5 days before the wedding because I had not received the album. I asked them to please reprint and reship. I was told that wasn't possible and was given the link to follow the shipping of the original album. It simply stated "running late". Two days before the wedding after another email to Forever Support I was told they would reprint the album and rush ship it, but without the lay flat pages. I am sitting here one week AFTER the wedding and still do not have either album. And Forever isn't responding to my emails requesting a refund. My advice, don't use this company. There is no guarantee of anything. Again, I am so disappointed.

    I had a bit of a rough time with my order

    Man, I had a bit of a rough time with my order. They told me it’d be ready on Wednesday, so I made plans to drive out to Howard. But I called ahead, and guess what? Not ready. Said it'd be good to go by Thursday, but I heard nothing all day. So, Friday comes around, and I give them another ring since it’s a Christmas gift and I'm getting worried. Ended up talking to someone in OK, who put me on hold for ages. Finally, she said she’d email me when it was ready. Got the email at 2 p.m., and it’s an hour drive. Rushed out and made it just before 4 p.m. Loved the final product, but the communication was a mess.

    I jumped on the half-price

    I jumped on the half-price digitization sale for VHS tapes and sent in 55 tapes in early December. Got them back just in time for Christmas, which was awesome 'cause my family and I got to relive some great memories together. The whole process was super smooth, and it was cool tracking the progress online. Five days after Christmas, the tapes came back, all packed up nicely. Whenever I had questions, my ambassador and the online chat were great help. So happy I chose Forever for this. Ended up needing more storage, but it's such a weight off my shoulders knowing those memories are safe and secure now.
