I've leased and bought my last 6 vehicles from Rob M at John Kennedy in Jenkintown Ford. Rob and his team were never pushy and took their time to explain everything clearly. I got a 2023 Ford Bronco for my wife about a year ago and a used Honda Civic for my son who is going to college. Both deals were really good. When my 2021 Ford F150 Crew cab lease ended this past August, Rob and Emily went over the numbers with me and pointed out that it wasn't smart to keep the car. Their honest approach is one of the reasons I'll stay with Ford for a long time.

The customer service is always friendly and reliable. I never worry about whether I’m getting a good deal or honest service.
