I've been using FlexiSPY Extreme for over 10 years

I've been using FlexiSPY Extreme for over 10 years and I've been quite pleased with it from the start. This product has helped rebuild trust in my relationship, which might have ended without this app. FlexiSPY keeps updating and adding new features, which I like, but the only issue is that I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall it a few times to fix some glitches or to get the latest features to work on the target phone. Installing the software yourself is easy, thanks to their clear instructions with images. Every time I've upgraded my phone (three times in the last decade), the new models have always been compatible and the app has worked even better on the latest phones. The call recording and ambient recording features have had some minor issues over the years, but their support team has always been able to help me fix any problems. They keep improving the app and adding helpful features, so I'll remain a loyal customer as long as this app is around. I particularly like the Keylogs, Call recording, Voip recording, Message logs, IM logs, Location history, Ambient recording, and the ability to set Alerts for specific phone numbers so they are easy to monitor. Over time, they've added some extra features that I don't use often, but they work fine, like the spoof SMS or Live Listening features. In general, I'm a satisfied customer and plan to keep my subscriptions active. I don't see the need to explore other programs since FlexiSPY offers everything I need and more.

This app does what it says, it's been reliable

This app does what it says, it's been reliable, I've had it for over a year. I can schedule times to record ambient surroundings to listen to later, as many as I want. I can see all keylogs, web sites visited, track location, texts, all phone numbers called and received, all phone calls are recorded, I can see apps downloaded even after they're uninstalled, emails, photos and videos taken on the target phone (even if they've been deleted from the phone). I can use the remote camera or remote video using either front of back camera on the target phone. I can see the contacts in their phone, web activity. on and on. This is well worth every single penny.

I switched to FlexSPY from Umopix because

I switched to FlexSPY from Umopix because I could not get any of the features that were promised to work. Hours of live chat help only brought me to a standstill with the excuse " our server is overloaded. Please try again next week..". Ummm no! Now I'm fighting for a refund. So far FlexSPY defnitely feels like the better choice.

I changed to FlexiSPY from Ikeymonitor

I changed to FlexiSPY from Ikeymonitor and am very glad I did. Ikeymonitor made a lot of claims, but they didn’t deliver. I installed ikeymonitor seven times, and it still didn't work right. It was totally useless. Thank goodness for FlexiSPY.

Had some trouble geting my account working.

Had some trouble geting my account working. I’m not great with tech stuff so I got upset and asked for my money back. The support team was super nice and gave me the refund with no problem. I definetly suggest them!

I moved to flexispy after using auto forward

I moved to flexispy after using auto forward since there app didn't do what they said. Had a hard time installing and it never actualy started tracking the phone.

FlexiSpy seemed promising for tracking my teen daughter's online safety, but after initial success on Android, it disconnected. Without access to her phone, fixing it was tough after she left for school.

Seems fishy how all reviews start by trashing

Seems fishy how all reviews start by trashing another app for Flexispy. Used Flexispy 5-6 years back & it did okay. Other app reviews are terrible so I'll try Flexispy again & hope they've kept up with tech.

Awful app and poor customer support.

Awful app and poor customer support. Don't waste your time and money. We got the app to keep track of our teenager. We had to install it twice since it failed the first time. Features only work sometimes. Our son saw a message on the screen saying "Start recording or casting with sync services". A quick Google search exposed the flexispy app. He was very upset. I will ask for my money back.
