I had never heard of a tv tripod before

I had never heard of a tv tripod before, but I found it by accident. We just finished remodeling our house and didn’t want to put the tv above the fireplace, but also didn’t want a bulky furniture piece. This fits perfectly and everyone who sees it says how much they like it. It’s great! Delivery was fast, the communication was clear, assembly was simple, 5 stars!

I bought the TV stand the same day as my 65 inch TV. The stand arrived fast, within 3 days. Using a YouTube video, assembling it was simple, all the parts were included. It's very solid. I added the wheels and can move the TV easily for the best view. This stand is great value for money.

The company really hit the nail on the head with this stand! It's just what I pictured and wanted before searching online! Putting it together was so simple and it looks fantastic in my space. I love how easy it is to move around to face the TV from different spots in the room.

The product came on time and was simple to unbox and assemble. It took me a little while to figure out that the extra parts were various spacers and screws for properly aligning the bars with the back of the TV. It’s nice that they provided so many sizes to adjust it as needed.

Instructions were great. It was simple to put together by one person. The only problem was the bottom screw for the back part holding cables; it was a bit tricky to screw in because the screwdriver had to be at an angle, but it wasn't a major issue. Really like it.

They were really good at helping me with my problem with the stand. The rotation didnt stay in place, but they found out what was wrong and gave me easy steps to fix it. Happy with it now!

The company make good stuff

The company make good stuff and simple to put together. But, they didn't give me the correct screws for my Sony Bravia, so I had to go to Lowe's and search around for thirty minutes.

Good product, and the directions were clear. The only problem was that the bottom shelf (panel 4) had one screw hole that wasn’t threaded, so I couldn’t tighten it, but it stays together well. One thing to consider is having the two adjustable shelves not screwed into the back. This is because if you lift the unit and grab the shelf, it might crack or damage the back where it’s attached, as the front part of the shelf just rests on the small brackets.

The material on the shelves isn't glued on right. The quality control for this product is really low. I noticed some parts were not attached well, which makes the shelves feel weak. Definitely not happy with how it was put together.

damaged product and no response from customer service

The threading in the receiving bottom tube was damaged and when i tried to screw the top part in, it stripped the coating off and wouldn't screw in all the way. Contacted customer service and no response. I paid way too much $ for something that is factory damaged. Also minor chips in the coating on the base

This feels like a scam

This feels like a scam. My package has been on hold, and when I check with FedEx, there is no tracking number that matches their records. What is going on? I need to speak to a live representative ASAP!

The company's customer service is not good. We struggled to put things together. The instructions were unclear. I reached out twice with a picture, but got no reply.

Ik deed veel onderzoek naar een standaard die

Ik deed veel onderzoek naar een standaard die geschikt zou zijn voor een tv van 100". Ik vond maar weinig voorbeelden waarbij mensen een tv van 100" op een standaard monteerden, en dat geldt ook voor de Fitueyes Eiffel V2 die ik uiteindelijk heb gekocht. Veel mensen gebruiken het voor 85" en kleiner, maar 100"? Niet echt. Dus het was een echte gok, maar ik besloot de V2 te proberen en ben blij dat ik het heb gedaan. Ik heb Fitueyes gemaild om te vragen of het specifiek mijn 100" Hisense U76N aankon en ze verzekerden me dat het zou kunnen. De U76 weegt 131 lbs, en zelfs op wieltjes maak ik me geen zorgen dat het gewicht te veel is voor de V2, dus ze hadden gelijk. Ik heb nog niet eens genoemd hoe mooi het eruit ziet, want dat was minder belangrijk dan een standaard te vinden die mijn enorme tv aankon, maar de V2 slaagt met vlag en wimpel. Zeker aan te raden.

Uitstekend product, mooi ontworpen. Zeer goede aandacht voor detail van verpakking tot de makelijke montage instructies. Deze standaard is precies gemaakt met alle gaten die perfect op elkaar passen. Materialen zijn van hoge kwaliteit en stevig, prachtig afgewerkt. Kabelbeheer zorgt voor een nete uitstraling en is simpel uit te voeren. De optionele wielen zijn makkelijk te monteren, rollen soepel en hebben vergrendelbare remmen. Door de stevige bouw van deze standaard is het nodig om de tv te verwijderen of met twee personen te tillen bij hoogte verstelling na montage. Het is handig om vooraf de juiste hoogte te bepalen voor de installatie.

Product kwam op tijd aan en was makkelijk uit te pakken en in elkaar te zetten. Het duurde wel even om te begrijpen dat de extra onderdelen verschillende maten afstandhouders en schroeven waren die nodig waren om de stangen goed uit te lijnen met de achterkant van de tv. Het is fijn dat er zoveel maten beschikbaar waren om alles naar wens aan te passen.

De TV-stand die we besteld hebben is ideaal voor onze kamer, met veel Franse deuren en weinig muur ruimte. We hebben een 65” TV en een soundbar op de Eiffel Tower-stand en het is stevig en makkelijk te verplaatsen, en ziet er goed uit. Heel blij.
