The onboarding was quick and easy. The help and advice they give has been great, since I’m new to the P & C part of Insurance, getting support like that has been really helpful. I also like their platform, it’s easy to use, has many useful tools like the appetite finder, and makes contracting with different carriers simple.

Big thanks to Lisa for the support she gave. I called and needed some help with Carrier and a few other things going on, she was very nice and slowely showed me what to do. Lisa is a realy nice and polite person. She should get something for her hard work. I wish she was here working with me in California.

We just started using First Connect and the experience has been good. The carrier appointments are fast and quite simple. The website is easy to use too. First Connect has been really good and responded to all my questions quickly. I don't run a big Agency, so not much gets quoted or sold, but they're always willing to help with contracts or answer questions about carriers. Up to now, I have nothing bad to say at all. It's been a good experience.
