I didn’t think I’d need pet insurance when I first got my kitten. She was only 8 months old, and most people I knew said it was probaby not worth it. But things can change fast, and sadly my little kitten ended up getting hurt. I was glad to have Pet Cloud. They really helped out at the right time, and the claim part went easy and smooth. Money came back quick, they kept in touch, and everything was clear with no weird hold-ups. What makes Figo Pet Insurance good is the comfort they give. Vet costs can get big real fast, but this plan helped me not worry about picking between money and my kitten’s care. If you’re thinking about getting pet insurance, just do it—and choose Figo. I’m really glad I went with them.

I'm really happy with Figo. They’ve been quick to respond and haven’t had any problems with filing claims for our French Bulldog in the first year. We are happy with their customer service and hope to stay with them long term. We have it for serious health issues, just in case (we didn’t go for wellness care like shots or check-ups, although that option was available). So far, it’s been a good experience. We plan to renew and keep it. They also gave us a small discount through our Costco membership (something to consider for others). It’s definitely worth the cost for our peace of mind and overall health of our dog.

The claim process was as simple as texting a friend, and within a week, they reimbursed almost half of our vet expenses, bringing us much-needed joy. Setting up and getting a personalized quote was super simple, and the prices were way better than other pet insurance options out there. Plus, getting money back for vet visits was really easy too! I'd definitely suggest it.

The app makes it incredibly easy to file a claim and keep track of everything. They review and process claims quickly and the payouts are made in a timely manner.

So sad to lose 2 dogs. But, a rep was really nice. He cared lots, helped with my claim, and the company was respectful. Made a hard time less hard.

Figo is a good insurance company

Figo is a good insurance company that allows us to customize the coverage our pets need. One thing I wish is that the Basic Wellness coverage shouldn't be so specific. It is set at $135 per year but is broken down into $20 for exams, $30 for vaccines, $40 for spaying/neutering, teeth cleaning, etc. It would be more convenient if it were a flat rate of $135 for the entire Basic Wellness package, especially since procedures like microchipping, spaying, or neutering are typically one-time events, especially for adopted pets.

Figo staff are good!

Figo staff are good! They helped me set up my Pet Cloud. They were also nice when I needed to file my first claim. I didn't give 5 stars because the Pet Cloud app you use to file claims doesn't work when I try. I can upload documents and manage my account, but can't file a claim. I get the "spinning wheel of death." Hopefuly this gets fixed soon so I can file and process claims faster.

I am quite let down with this insurance, which I took

I am quite let down with this insurance, which I took to prevent surprise vet bills for my dog. I recently filed a claim for a major procedure my Yorkshire Terrier had, but it was denied twice. The reason given was that the full medical history wasn't submitted, even though it was clearly part of the claim. This policy was supposed to offer support and peace of mind, knowing my pet was covered, but instead, it has just caused more stress and worry. Right now, I’m seriously thinking about canceling the policy since it seems totally usless.

SCHEME !!!

The worst insurance ever, sounds like a nice scheme. All the bad reviews are describing the same problem as I have although my attorney is on the case to prevent me of paying for the whole year without the possibility of using it. This country is really odd in these type of things (insurances, services, hospital consultations). Smart people for worthless/small things and really dumb for the most of it!! I'll now go to court because of this company who's scheming everybody on the same parameters. Do not apply for any insurances even less FIGO !!!!
