I signed up for a plan for a new puppy and everything seemed fine. Then, I got another puppy from the same litter and wanted to add it to the policy. But when I tried, the website said they don't serve my area. I called, but the representative couldn't confirm if my policy was valid. They said they'd call back in 24 hours, but they didn't. Instead, I got an email saying they'd let me know when they serve my area. What about my current policy? No answers. I called many times, each time promised a call back, but never got one. So, I canceled and went elsewhere. They wouldn't even email me a cancellation confirmation. This kind of customer service is a big warning sign. If it's this hard to get a policy, imagine the hassle with a claim.
