The whole family had a great time.
The whole family had a great time. The staff taking care of the rooms are kind and understanding. They give good ideas and help out. My 8-year-old nephew didn’t know much about Harry Potter, but he still had fun playing quidditch and discovering potions and spells. In the end, he stopped by the shop and enjoyed a butterbeer that tasted good.

Great car park right across the street. The staff were friendly and easygoing. They had a small bar with snacks and hot drinks, like chocolate and mulled wine, as well as regular wine and beers. The restrooms were warm and spotless. The music and show were really enjoyable, creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.

The support team helped me fast
The support team helped me fast, clearly, and in a friendly way. It was one of the best chats I’ve had with customer service. However, I think the refund process and how to request consultations could be made easier to find, both during and after the purchase. It was hard to figure out where to look for that info.

Due to some unexpected personal issues
Due to some unexpected personal issues, I had to cancel my Hans Zimmer Candle Light show. I was really concerned about losing my money, but the Fever Team was wonderful, understanding, and so kind. Now I can easily rebook my tickets when I'm feeling better. Big thanks to the Fever Team, five stars!

The venue (San Miguel Palace) might not seem too appealing from the outside, but once inside, it is a true gem. The musicians are outstanding (all in capital letters), and the piece I heard was one of the finest classical string performances (Vivaldi's 4 Seasons). A truly memorable experience!
