We had the chance to work with Carlos Luna, and we can say we're really pleased with his professionalism, his understanding of the policies, and the efficiency he showed. We needed our insurance certificates fast, and he worked tirelessly to ensure we got them. We now have two insurance plans Carlos set up for us, and when our other two plans are up for renewal from different firms, we will choose Farmer Brown! Great service. Communication is really hard

Communication is really hard with this company. I tried reaching out multiple times through email and phone calls, but got no response most of the time. The only time they bothered to get back to me was when it was time to pay up. When I needed help or had questions, forget about it - it felt like talking to a brick wall. They also don't offer much flexibility for payment plans or additional options like builder's risk insurance for mortgages.
