Booking an appointment was quick and easy. My doctor, Dr. Hall, took the time to explain what I should avoid because of another health issue. He made sure I was well-informed and looked out for my well-being. At no point did I feel rushed. My request got approved and I was able to use it the very same day. Just stay patient and check your email. Great customer service overall. Oh, and I forgot to mention—he didn’t make me feel judged, which really matters to me. He was much better than my pain doctor.

I paid more for faster service. Within 30 minutes of buying the service, I was able to create an account on the PA state medical website. Then, I had my virtual appointment half an hour later. After getting approval from the doctor, he told me I was already registered with the state, and when I checked their site again, it said my card would be mailed out shortly. Great service!
