I filed for a chargeback with my bank after two attempts to get a refund from eyeZy. The software failed to deliver on its promises: a) it didn't meet the needs for tracking and monitoring communications b) it wasn’t as advertised. It's a bait and switch scam. EyeZy promotes features like monitoring calls and messages and tracking locations, but all I got was the current location, which Apple's Find My Phone already offers for free. EyeZy will offer support to distract you, but the product falls short of its claims, and you need a jailbroken device to make it work, which isn’t mentioned in their ads.

It's a scam. I talked with an agent before purchasing. He said I didn't need the target phone. I made the purchase, and right after, the home screen says I need the target phone. I quickly asked to cancel, only 2 minutes later, and he said it was handed to billing for resolution. Billing won't help. This company is BAD, better avoid them.
