We was shopping for custom neoprene

We was shopping for custom neoprene wine bags with our company's logo and Everyting Promo had the most compeditive price and offered collors other company's didn't. Working with Joe was grate. He ansered our questions quickly and thoroughly before we placed our order and was our point of throuout the hole process. Proofs/mock ups were sent quickly for our approval. Overall, our experience was grate and we'll use Everyting Promo again for future projects.

Ordered $2200 in promotional products

Ordered $2200 in promotional products and was promised a 20-day ETA. After 20 days, there was no response. At 30 days, still no response. By the 45th day, there was finally a response stating that my emails went to junk mail. Despite multiple calls and assurances that our representative would be in touch, there was zero response. After two months of waiting, we decided to cancel our order. The return process took over 3 weeks to complete. I would highly not recommend this company. I believe their employees are out of the country and based in England. Their lack of customer concern and communication needs major attention. 2 Stars for actually giving us the refund. I seriously thought it would not happen.
