I'm happy with my experience! This was my first time ordering from Everything Promo, and I can say it won't be my last. I placed my order on Monday afternoon, and they showed up by Wednesday, even though I was told it would take two weeks. The products look great and feel high-quality! They don't feel flimsy and have a nice 'squish' to them! Plus, they were cheaper than the other quotes I got! James Wilde, the sales rep, was great! Always quick to reply and really nice! (with a lovely British accent) My team chose at the last minute (maybe I'm being dramatic) that we needed custom gifts for a conference coming up! (Why couldn't they let me order earlier like I suggested?) Any way, Oscar had us organized with photo proof of our items in less than 24 hours.
