As a first time home buyer, it was a great relief to work with Veronica Kearney. She did an amazing job. She knows so much about real estate. Veronica listened to what I wanted & paid attention to my concerns, making sure everything went smooth. She suggested a great closing attorney and home inspection company, which helped a lot. Veronica guided me through every step, even joining me for the builder orientation and final walk through of my new home. During the walk through, she carefully pointed out thing's that needed to be fixed. I am very grateful for her support. I would highly recomend Veronica to any home buyer, especially first time buyers. Thank you so much, Veronica. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

Beware of Zapata Tate ERA Live Moore Real Estate Charlotte N.C.

Zapata Tate told us the house we were interested in was only on the market for 4 days. If fact it was on the market for almost 7 months with a previous forclosure. In 7 months the seller had only dropped the price $100. Mr. Tate failed to use the Inspection report to address the problems with house, it needed a new HVAC system hot water heater, two car garage door and roof. Instead he negotitated a credit of $3500 which $2000 woud go for repairs, restaining a cabinet door replacing attic ladder leaking faucet. Obviously this was done so that there would be a minimal price drop on the house and insure that Mr. Tate's commission would be more attractive. So instead of 2k credit for repairs we are stuck with 35K out of pocket expenses. So far 10K for a new HVAC unit which was broken the day we moved in.
