I got a referral on Facebook to call a given number. My healthcare agent Rose Augustin helped me. I haven't had insurance for years and have a doctor's appointment in August to remove my birth control implant, needing a small surgery. She understood and helped throughout the call. She was nice, generous, and informative. I got approved for the silver package, explained in detail. I'm grateful and thankful. My health insurance costs $0 a month, but some visits may require a $10 co-pay, which is fine. I'm excited and happy this worked out today. Speaking with Rose really made my day. So glad God led me to her to settle things in minutes.

So, I heard about this company that promised a lot of benefits like zero copay and zero cost on prescriptions. They even mentioned a benefit card for groceries, rent, and bills. But when I signed up, they only provided insurance. When I called to inquire, they directed me to check perks and rewards, which turned out to be surveys offering prepaid Visa cards worth $25 to $50, but that's not enough to cover basic expenses like food and rent. It feels like they misled me into signing up for insurance. Now I'm skeptical about what else they might be hiding. I'll keep investigating, so stay tuned for updates.
