Ordered a product, confirmed design

Ordered a product, confirmed design, but no updates thereafter. No status updates on delivery, and it's a day past the expected arrival date with no sign of the item. No confirmation email means no way to contact customer service. Numerous attempts to call the provided number have been fruitless. This experience raises concerns about the legitimacy of the company.

Embroly is really fast and dependable! They made sure my custom order was just how I wanted it before sending it out. I even decided to change the picture because I wasn’t fully happy with the one I first picked. They made the picture change so easy and smooth, no trouble at all. I really like the quality of the sweaters, the size fits well in my opinion, and the embroidery looks nice and clean. I'm a pleased customer.

Once the order went thru I got a txt with all the info and a chanse to update or fix anything, plus a check on my shipping details. the package showed up a day sooner too, which is always good. planning to shop with them again soon...

I bought a crewneck sweatshirt for my son with a truck design stitched on it. He loves it!! He wears it almost every day and gets many compliments! Perfect for a Christmas present! The customer service was also really good. I got a text with a preview, which I thought was nice. Very happy with the product and the service overall!
