I had a problem with my AMEX

I had a problem with my AMEX card and had to call their 800 number. Luckily, I got through to someone who knew what they were doing. They helped me out and I could finish my transaction easily. Good job!

Ordered a vent hood, but got it

Ordered a vent hood, but got it with a damaged filter baffle. Found out about it over 24 hours later. Had to pay for a new filter since they wouldn't replace it. After a month and several unanswered calls, got the new filter, but it didn't match the original stainless and aluminum one. Disappointed. They say they'll refund the cost of the new filter; let's see if they actually do.

I issued a purchase order for

I issued a purchase order for some parts and later decided to add an extra item. However, my order wasn't processed as expected. When I inquired about its status, I was told it was awaiting my response regarding the availability of the additional item. I had to reach out and clarify the situation.

It has been more than a month since

It has been more than a month since I ordered the sink and still haven't got it. Every time I contact customer service, they say the sink is shipping out on Thursday each week since I placed my order.
