I searched everywhere for the stove hood filter but couldn't find the right size. Finally, I found it at Air Filter Factory and placed my order right away. My package came, and I was so happy, I opened it to find an even better filter than the one that came with my hood a couple of years ago. However, I soon noticed that the springs were on the wrong side of the filter, so it wouldn't work. I called Air Filter Factory LLC and talked to Ken. I explained my issue, and I couldn’t believe how quickly he solved it. Ken immediately sent a new set of filters with the springs on the correct ends. Ken was very professional, listened carefully, and assured me the problem would be fixed fast. I will definitely be ordering my heating and air conditioning filters from Air Filter Factory from now on, because their customer service is great, and so are their products.

I have Duplex rental homes and was fixing up both apartments in the same building. Both have the same vent fan over the stove, Broan Nutone BXT130WW. I got a 2 pack of the grease filters, S99010467, just like the sticker on the vent said. When the package from Air Filter Factory arrived a few days later, I tried to put them in, but they were a bit too big and didn’t go in right. I called and talked to Ken at Air Filter Factory. He told me they sent the right filter going by the label, but sometimes the way the fans are made, little size diferences stop it from fitting. Ken said to try using the Broan WA65F Aluminum Mesh Grease filter instead. He helped with the swap and sent out the new ones. The WA65F filters fit in with no problem at all. Thanks for great customer care! I’ll buy from them again.

I reached out to customer service to find a solution, and the nice woman offered to send me a new one for free. That’s good service. I also called the local post office, and they said they would speak to the carrier. I'm keeping an eye on the shipping tracking so I can get my package delivered. However, we're right in the path of the Heliene Hurrican, so I'm unsure how this will turn out.

The filters arrived within a week, which was nice. However, they were packed in an envelope, causing some of the edges to bend a bit. That’s why I gave it four stars instead of five. The last time I ordered filters, they came in a box, which protected them better. Unfortunately, the envelope didn’t offer the same level of protection, and the filters got a bit squished.
