However, I encountered a problem with the 14” connectors as they started to spread apart when I attempted to hammer them into the soil, despite the soil being adequately moist. My interaction with customer support, particularly Brooke, proved to be positive. She promptly addressed my concerns and arranged for replacements for the connectors without any extra cost. This experience has solidified my perception of the company as a reliable one.

Just like many others, me and my wife think this stuff is legit. It looks good, and the setup is quite easy. (Pro tip: We found using a sledgehammer to be far better than a simple hammer. The weight of the sledgehammer really helped to sink the product into the ground.) Yes, it's expencive compared to the alternatives, but it looks far better than what you'd find at the big box stores.
